Show Promotions in the Main Chatbot and Catalog
Choose whether a promotion appears on the main public chatbot, the public catalog, or both without interrupting the mini chatbot.
Place one promotion where it supports the browsing journey.

Choose each destination separately
The owner can enable the promotion for the main public chatbot and for the public catalog independently. This allows a catalog-specific campaign without forcing the same popup into every surface.
The mini chatbot inside the catalog does not show another promotion popup.
Use one clear image and destination
Choose an image that remains understandable on mobile and an official HTTPS destination when the promotion needs a link.
Do not place important legal conditions only inside small image text. Put required details on the linked official page.
Give the visitor control
The promotion opens after a short delay and includes a clear close control. It should not trap focus, block the catalog permanently, or reopen continuously during the same browsing moment.
Test the popup together with product details and the mini assistant so the layers do not cover one another.
Match the offer to the catalog
A restaurant catalog can promote a seasonal set, a retailer can feature a collection, and a trade-show catalog can offer a demo or follow-up resource.
Use promotions only when the offer is real, current, and consistent with local rules and business policy.
Quick checklist
- The correct destination toggle is enabled?
- The image is readable on mobile?
- The link is official and current?
- The close control is visible?
- The popup does not appear inside the mini chatbot?
- Product details and chat remain usable?
