Connect the Catalog to Your Public Chatbot

Use the owner-defined catalog title in public navigation, add it to both action areas, and keep the main chatbot link correct.

What this helps you do

Give customers a consistent route between the full AI page and the catalog.

Publish to create the public connection

When the catalog is published, RealLink AI stores the short public catalog URL and the owner-defined catalog title on the chatbot.

Unpublishing clears that connection so customers are not shown a catalog button that leads nowhere.

Use the catalog title as the button label

The public chatbot should show Menu, Product guide, Collection, Services, or the actual catalog name instead of a generic English-only Catalog label.

The same title can appear in the shortcut area and in the floating action menu beside inquiry and reservation actions.

Keep the return route clear

The public catalog has a Main chatbot button that opens the original public AI page for the same chatbot owner. The catalog brand uses the chatbot name and logo instead of replacing the business identity with RealLink AI.

Test both directions after publishing.

Do not recreate the catalog as a manual link

The catalog connection is system-managed. Avoid adding a duplicate manual menu link to the same catalog, because customers may see two buttons with inconsistent names.

Use manual links for external stores, ordering pages, downloads, or other destinations that are not the RealLink AI catalog.

Quick checklist

  • The catalog title is customer-friendly?
  • The catalog button appears in both configured action areas?
  • There is no duplicate manual catalog link?
  • The catalog shows the chatbot name and logo?
  • Main chatbot returns to the correct public AI?
  • Unpublishing removes the public catalog actions?
