Getting started
Launch Checklist Before You Share Your AI Link
Use this checklist before printing a QR code or placing the public chatbot link online.
Catch simple issues before customers see the AI.
Check the customer basics
Open the public chatbot and ask the questions a first-time customer would ask: What do you sell? Where are you? Are you open? How much is it? How do I book? Can I contact someone?
If those answers are unclear, update the knowledge before sharing the link widely.
Check the visual experience
Test the chatbot on a phone because most QR scans happen on mobile. Look for readable text, clear contrast, clean spacing, and buttons that do not overflow.
The experience should feel like a natural extension of the business, not a separate technical page.
Check the next action
A helpful AI answer should point customers toward the next step when appropriate. That next step might be a reservation link, phone number, email, address, website, or in-store instruction.
If the customer has to search again after getting an answer, the flow can be improved.
