Set Reservation, Phone, Email, and Address Buttons
Use shortcut buttons to move customers from question to action without making them search for contact details.
Give customers a direct next step when they are ready.
Put the most valuable action first
If reservations matter, add the reservation link first. If phone calls are the fastest path, add the phone number. If the business depends on visits, add the address.
Shortcut buttons are not decoration. They are the bridge between customer intent and business action.
Use only links you trust
RealLink AI applies link safety checks and external-site warnings. Still, the business is responsible for the links it registers.
Use official HTTPS links whenever possible. Avoid confusing shortened links, suspicious file downloads, or links that do not clearly belong to the business.
Match buttons to the AI answers
If the AI frequently answers booking questions, the booking button should be easy to reach. If it answers location questions, the address button should be clear.
After a week of questions, check analytics and adjust the buttons based on what customers actually ask.
Quick checklist
- Reservation link appears before less important actions when booking matters.
- Phone, email, address, and website are current.
- External links open safely.
- Buttons are tested on mobile.
- Button order reflects real customer questions.
