QR and link usage

Add Your AI QR Code to Cards, Menus, and Signs

Where to place your RealLink AI QR code and how to make the call to action clear enough for customers to scan.

Goal

Turn offline touchpoints into AI-powered customer entry points.

Put the QR code where questions happen

The best QR placement is not always the prettiest place. It is the place where customers pause, compare, or wonder what to do next.

Start with business cards, menus, price boards, front door signs, brochures, packaging, manuals, event displays, reservation notices, and SNS profiles.

Add a plain-language prompt

A QR code works better when the customer knows why to scan it. Use short prompts such as Ask our AI staff, Check hours and booking, Ask in your language, or Get help before you visit.

Avoid vague labels like QR here. Tell the customer what they receive after scanning.

Test the real-world scan

Before printing, test the code from the distance where customers will actually scan it. A menu QR code and a window sign QR code need different sizes.

For print, keep enough white margin around the QR code, avoid low contrast, and make sure the final link opens the correct public chatbot.

Quick checklist

  • The QR code is large enough for the placement.
  • There is a clear reason to scan.
  • The public chatbot opens on mobile.
  • Important quick buttons are visible.
  • The design still leaves enough quiet space around the code.
