Start with the few items that need attention most, instead of reading every chart.

Choose one useful improvement from the overview page.
Start with the top priority
The overview is meant to save time. Look at the top priority first and ask, "What can I improve today?"
That might be a missing answer, a confusing sign, a weak booking path, or a topic customers keep asking about.
Add one missing answer
If the overview shows a topic the AI cannot answer well, add that answer to the AI training text.
Do not wait until everything is perfect. One useful answer is better than a long plan you never publish.
Check again after real questions
After you update the AI, watch what customers ask next.
If the same question keeps appearing, the answer may need to be clearer or easier to find.
