Treat it as a to-do list for your AI

When customers ask something the AI cannot answer well, that topic may appear in this list.

Start with the repeated items. Those are the answers customers probably need most.

Add one clear answer at a time

Pick one topic and add a short answer to the AI training text. Keep it close to the topic it belongs to.

For example, if parking is missing, add a small parking section with the parking place, time limit, cost, and backup option.

Fix the customer-facing page too

If many people ask the same missing question, the answer may also need to be easier to see on your menu, sign, brochure, website, or product package.

The AI answer helps now, and the clearer offline message prevents the same confusion later.
