Customer question data
Turn Repeated Questions Into Better Signs and Menus
Use customer questions to improve the real-world materials customers already see.
Make offline materials clearer using actual customer language.
Repeated questions point to unclear material
If customers keep asking the same thing after seeing a menu, sign, card, or brochure, the material may not be answering the real decision question.
The question is not a complaint. It is a signal.
Use the customer's wording
When updating a sign or menu note, use language close to how customers ask. If they ask Do you have parking?, do not hide the answer under Access information.
Plain wording usually converts better than clever wording.
Keep the QR code as a follow-up path
A sign cannot answer everything. Use the sign to answer the most common question and the QR code to handle follow-up questions.
This combination keeps the physical material simple while still giving customers depth.
Quick checklist
- One repeated question is selected.
- The customer wording is preserved.
- The offline material is updated clearly.
- The QR code remains visible for follow-up.
- The same topic is checked again later.
