Write Menu and Service Answers Customers Can Trust
Make answers easier to retrieve by writing menus, service lists, and offers in clear blocks.
Help the AI answer practical product and service questions without vague wording.
Use customer-facing names
Write product, service, and menu names the same way customers see them on signs, menus, brochures, or websites. If you use nicknames internally, include the public name too.
Clear names make it easier for customers to ask and easier for the AI to find the right information.
Add decision details
Customers often need details that help them decide: price range, best use case, availability, ingredients, duration, included items, age limits, preparation time, or who the service is best for.
A short answer with the right decision detail is usually better than a long promotional description.
Keep outdated offers separate
If a promotion is temporary, label it clearly with dates or conditions. When the promotion ends, remove or update it.
Old offers create confusion faster than almost any other knowledge issue.
Quick checklist
- Public product and service names are included.
- Decision details are easy to quote.
- Temporary offers have dates or conditions.
- Unavailable items are not described as active.
- The content is reviewed after price or menu changes.
