Show Spotify Audio in AI Answers
Use Spotify links for music, podcasts, audio guides, and brand content.
Let customers play the right audio from the chat.
When Spotify works well
Use Spotify when audio helps explain the business: a musician's sample track, a venue playlist, a wellness audio sample, a podcast episode, or a brand playlist for an event.
The audio should support the answer. It should not replace important written information such as price, schedule, address, or booking steps.
How to teach the AI
Add one self-contained training block for each audio link. Put the music style, when to show it, and the Spotify link together instead of leaving the link alone.
Training block example: Live music playlist. Customers may ask: What kind of music do you play? What is the mood at night? Our live music is calm acoustic jazz, suitable for dinner conversations and small gatherings. If the customer asks about music or atmosphere, briefly explain the mood and show this Spotify playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/PLAYLIST_ID
What the visitor sees
Supported Spotify links can appear as an shown inside the answer audio player inside the AI message. The visitor can preview or open the audio depending on Spotify's player rules.
For best results, keep the answer around the audio short and clear.
Limits and responsibilities
Only share audio that you have the right to use or publicly promote. Do not imply that Spotify content is owned by your business unless that is true.
Playback, account requirements, regional availability, and content removal are controlled by Spotify and the content owner, not RealLink AI.
Quick checklist
- Is the spotify link official and public?
- Is the aI told when to show the audio?
- The answer still includes the key written information?
- Is the audio content appropriate for public customers?
- Did you test the player on phone and desktop?
