Plans change capacity, not core features

RealLink AI pricing is based on monthly request volume. The core experience stays available across plans: AI replies, QR and public links, visual themes, multilingual response, and question insights.

If traffic is light, start small. Upgrade when real customer usage grows.

Cancellation stops future renewal

When a subscription is scheduled for cancellation, access may continue until the paid period ends, depending on the current subscription status.

Check the account and My AI pages for the current status before assuming a chatbot is fully ended.

Refunds are reviewed by policy

Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the policy shown during checkout and in account-related pages. Some unused recent purchases may be eligible for review, while used, expired, disputed, or legally restricted cases may require manual handling.

If a refund is requested, the final result is reflected after the payment status is confirmed.
