Check active chatbots first
Before cancellation or account closure, check which chatbots are public, private, scheduled, or already inactive.
If a chatbot is printed on physical materials, consider where customers will land after access changes.
Understand that billing and access can have timing
Subscription processors may update status through payment events. Access can depend on the current plan state, cancellation timing, and refund review result.
If something looks inconsistent, contact support with the account email and chatbot name.
Know what records may remain
Some records may need to be retained for billing, tax, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, policy enforcement, or legal defense.
Customer-facing content and public exposure can be removed while required business records are retained according to policy.
