Getting started

Choose the First Job for Your AI Employee

Pick one useful customer job before you try to teach every detail at once.

Goal

Launch with a clear purpose so customers understand what to ask.

Do not start with everything

A new AI employee works best when it has one clear first job. That job might be answering visit questions, explaining a menu, collecting booking intent, supporting tourists, or helping sales prospects understand a product.

Trying to cover every possible situation on day one usually makes the setup feel heavy. Start with the question customers already ask most often.

Match the job to the customer moment

A front-door sign should answer visit questions. A menu should answer food, price, allergen, and reservation questions. A business card should introduce the service and move the person toward a call, booking, or proposal.

The AI job should fit the physical or digital place where the customer finds it.

Improve after real usage

After the first week, check what visitors actually asked. If the questions are different from what you expected, update the knowledge and buttons.

Real questions are the fastest way to decide what the AI should learn next.

Quick checklist

  • One first customer job is chosen.
  • The job matches the QR placement.
  • The first greeting explains what customers can ask.
  • The most useful next action button is visible.
  • Analytics are reviewed after launch.
