That sequence can show what they need before they are ready to book, visit, or buy.

Use the first answer to cover the next concern

If the same path repeats, add a short sentence to the first answer that also helps with the next question.

For example, if customers ask price and then refund policy, the price answer can also mention where to check what is included and how refund review works.

Improve signs, menus, and pages too

Question paths are useful outside the chatbot. If customers ask menu and then allergy, your printed menu may need a clearer allergy note.

A small wording change can reduce repeated questions and help customers act faster.
