Country Privacy Supplements

1. Common information

Operator: Warm Binary, operating RealLink AI, 6F L8, 78 Jungdong-ro 254beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

Privacy Officer and data-protection contact: [email protected]. The Warm Binary operator is accountable for this privacy function. Where a jurisdiction requires a formally designated individual or registration, the designation or registration must be completed before a launch that triggers that requirement.

For Business User account, security, service administration, and billing data, Warm Binary generally determines the purposes of processing. For personal data submitted by visitors to a Business User's public AI page, the Business User generally acts as controller and RealLink AI acts as processor under the DPA.

Core processing may occur in the Republic of Korea, the United States, and other locations used by Cloudflare and Google Cloud. Creem processes checkout and payment administration under its own notice. YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, and Google Maps receive a browser request only after the visitor activates the relevant external-content control; Calendly is link-only. Exact roles and locations are described in the Subprocessor Register.

Verified access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal, or complaint requests may be sent to the privacy contact. We will verify identity and respond within the period required by the law that applies. End Users should normally contact the Business User first for data controlled by that Business User; RealLink AI will provide processor assistance as required.

2. Republic of Korea / 대한민국

Warm Binary는 대한민국에서 RealLink AI를 운영하며 개인정보 보호책임 기능의 공개 연락처로 [email protected]을 사용합니다. 사업자 계정·보안·결제 관리 정보에 대해서는 Warm Binary가 개인정보처리자이며, 공개 AI 페이지의 방문자 질문·문의·예약 정보에 대해서는 원칙적으로 챗봇 사업자가 개인정보처리자, RealLink AI가 수탁처리자가 됩니다.

국외 처리 및 이전: Cloudflare는 글로벌 네트워크·미국 및 설정된 위치에서 호스팅, 보안, D1/R2 저장소, 로그 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. Google Cloud는 현재 주로 미국 중부 리전과 Google의 설정된 글로벌 위치에서 AI 추론, 임베딩, Firestore 저장 및 인증을 처리할 수 있습니다. Creem은 결제·세금·구독 관리를 처리합니다. 이전되는 항목, 목적, 보유기간과 계약상 보호조치는 개인정보처리방침, DPA 및 하위처리업체 목록에 공개합니다.

문의 정보는 21일, 예약 정보는 예약 종료 후 최대 30일까지 보관한 뒤 만료 기록을 삭제합니다. 계정·대화·학습자료는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 보관하며 계정·챗봇·학습자료 삭제 절차와 백업 주기에 따라 삭제 또는 비식별화합니다.

이용자는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 사업자 고객의 공개 AI 페이지에서 제출한 정보는 해당 사업자에게 먼저 요청할 수 있으며 RealLink AI는 수탁자로서 필요한 처리를 지원합니다.

3. Australia

Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply, RealLink AI uses and discloses personal information only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, the DPA, and the relevant collection notice. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the Republic of Korea, the United States, and the configured global locations of the listed providers.

An Australian individual may request access or correction, or submit a privacy complaint, by emailing the Privacy Officer. We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate it fairly, and explain the outcome within a reasonable period. If the matter is not resolved, the individual may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Business Users must provide their own collection notice where they determine the purpose of an inquiry or reservation form. RealLink AI prohibits use for highly sensitive or regulated data unless a separate written agreement and appropriate safeguards are in place.

4. New Zealand

The Warm Binary operator performs the Privacy Officer function for RealLink AI and can be reached at [email protected]. Individuals in New Zealand may request access to or correction of their personal information and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if a concern is not resolved.

When New Zealand personal information is disclosed outside New Zealand, RealLink AI will use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards intended to provide comparable protection as required by Information Privacy Principle 12. A provider that only stores or processes information on instructions is managed under the DPA and supplier controls.

RealLink AI maintains an incident-response process and will assess notification to affected individuals and the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner when a breach is likely to cause serious harm and notification is required.

5. Canada

The Warm Binary operator is accountable for RealLink AI's privacy management program. Privacy Officer requests may be sent to [email protected]. We identify the purposes of collection, limit collection and retention, use safeguards appropriate to sensitivity, and provide verified access and correction where Canadian law applies.

Personal information may be processed by service providers outside Canada, including in the Republic of Korea and the United States, and may be subject to lawful access in those jurisdictions. RealLink AI remains responsible for processor oversight to the extent required by applicable law.

This supplement addresses the federal PIPEDA baseline. Additional provincial requirements may apply, including in Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. A Business User remains responsible for notices and legal bases specific to its province, industry, and End Users.

6. Singapore

Designated Data Protection Officer: the Warm Binary owner/operator, effective July 13, 2026. Public DPO contact: [email protected]. The DPO oversees privacy requests, retention and deletion controls, incident response, supplier review, and PDPA compliance for RealLink AI.

RealLink AI will notify individuals of collection purposes, use personal data only for notified or otherwise permitted purposes, support access and correction, protect data with reasonable security arrangements, and cease retention when the business or legal purpose no longer applies.

Transfers outside Singapore are managed through provider contracts and safeguards intended to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. Processing locations and recipients are described in the Subprocessor Register.

7. Japan / 日本

個人情報取扱事業者に関する情報：Warm Binary（RealLink AI運営）、所在地：6F L8, 78 Jungdong-ro 254beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea、個人情報に関する窓口：[email protected]。

利用目的は、アカウント管理、サービス提供、セキュリティ、不正利用防止、AI回答、分析、問い合わせ・予約処理、サポートおよび法令遵守です。公開AIページのエンドユーザー情報については、原則としてビジネスユーザーが利用目的を決定し、RealLink AIはDPAに基づき処理します。

個人データは、韓国、米国、およびCloudflare・Google Cloudの設定された処理地域で取り扱われる場合があります。委託先、目的、データ項目および移転保護措置は、プライバシーポリシー、DPA、サブプロセッサ一覧に記載します。

本人は、適用法令に基づき、保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止または消去を上記窓口に請求できます。本人確認後、法令上必要な期間内に対応します。日本向けの取引表示については特定商取引法に基づく表記もご確認ください。

8. United States

RealLink AI does not sell Customer Content or raw End User conversation data. It does not use that identifiable data for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising. If a state privacy law applies, a verified resident may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered personal data, and may exercise any applicable opt-out or appeal right by contacting the Privacy Officer.

State-law coverage often depends on revenue, processing volume, business model, and activity. RealLink AI monitors applicable thresholds and will add state-specific controls before a launch or level of processing that requires them. Business Users must not use the Service to collect children's data, regulated health information, or other highly sensitive data without a separate written agreement and lawful controls.

9. Mexico / México

Los datos se utilizan para gestionar cuentas, prestar y proteger el servicio, generar respuestas de IA, procesar consultas y reservas configuradas por el Usuario Empresarial, ofrecer soporte, prevenir fraude y cumplir obligaciones legales. Los datos pueden tratarse en Corea, Estados Unidos y las ubicaciones configuradas de Cloudflare y Google Cloud.

Las personas pueden solicitar acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición (derechos ARCO), retirar su consentimiento cuando corresponda o presentar una consulta mediante el correo de privacidad. La solicitud deberá identificar al titular, describir el derecho ejercido y aportar la información razonablemente necesaria para verificar la identidad.

El Usuario Empresarial es responsable de proporcionar el aviso de privacidad aplicable cuando determina la finalidad de un formulario de contacto o reserva. Este suplemento se complementa con la Política de Privacidad principal y el Registro de Subprocesadores.
