These providers may process Customer Personal Data on behalf of RealLink AI. The exact services used depend on Customer configuration and feature use.

Independent controllers and conditional recipients
The following providers are not listed as Customer-content subprocessors for every operation. They may process limited data under their own notices when a Business User or visitor chooses the relevant feature.

Model routing clarification
Customer answers, question classification, analysis reports, and free-trial answers use Crusoe's hosted GPT-OSS 120B first, with Google Vertex AI GPT-OSS 120B as a fallback when the primary service is unavailable. A failed request may therefore be sent to both providers in sequence. Google continues to provide embeddings and vector search. The gpt-oss model identifiers refer to OpenAI's open-weight models hosted by these providers; RealLink AI does not send these requests directly to api.openai.com. OpenAI is therefore not a direct subprocessor for this routing.
Changes and objections
Material additions or replacements will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect by email, dashboard notice, or a dated notice on this page. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by emailing [email protected] during the notice period.
