Getting started
What to Check in the First Week After Launch
A simple routine for learning from the first customer questions after your AI goes live.
Use the first week to improve the AI and the customer journey.
Look for missing answers
The first week is not about judging whether the AI is perfect. It is about finding the gaps customers reveal.
If customers ask about something the AI cannot answer, add that topic to the knowledge.
Look for repeated hesitation
Repeated questions about price, parking, refund policy, waiting time, eligibility, or availability often mean customers are hesitating before the next action.
Those questions are useful because they show where your offline material or website may need clearer wording.
Make one improvement at a time
Do not rewrite everything at once. Choose one frequent question, improve that knowledge block, and test again.
Small weekly improvements usually beat one large setup session.
Quick checklist
- Top repeated questions are reviewed.
- Missing answers are added.
- One customer hesitation topic is selected.
- The QR placement is adjusted if needed.
- The next review date is set.
