Cookie and External Content Notice

1. Essential storage

We use cookies, local storage, or equivalent browser technologies needed to keep a user signed in, remember language and interface preferences, protect private sessions, maintain checkout state, enforce security, and prevent abuse. These technologies are necessary to provide the requested Service and are not used by RealLink AI for third-party behavioral advertising.

2. Security and authentication

• Cloudflare Turnstile: may process IP address, browser/device signals, interaction and security data to distinguish legitimate users from abuse. It is loaded where bot protection is required.
• Sign in with Google: is loaded on account pages where Google authentication is offered. Google may use its own cookies or storage under its privacy terms. It is not required for a visitor merely viewing a public AI page unless the page explicitly requires authentication.

3. External media, maps, and scheduling

A third-party iframe is not only a visual element. When it loads, the visitor's browser connects directly to the provider. RealLink AI therefore shows a first-party preview card before loading supported external content. The provider iframe is created only after the visitor presses the clearly labelled play or map button. That choice is remembered for the same provider only for the current browser-tab session.

Supported preview images are requested by RealLink AI's server, limited to 500 KB, and temporarily cached for up to seven days. The visitor's browser loads the preview from reallinkai.com, not directly from the media provider. If a preview is unavailable, a first-party fallback card is shown.

A visitor who does not press the external-content button can continue using the AI page without loading that provider's iframe.

4. Analytics

RealLink AI currently produces first-party product and chatbot analytics from Service events stored in its own Cloudflare/Google Cloud environment. The audited production pages do not rely on Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for public-chat usage measurement. If third-party analytics is later enabled, this notice and any required consent control will be updated before activation.

5. Controls

You can clear site data through browser settings, block third-party storage, avoid Google sign-in, and avoid opening answers that contain external content. Browser blocking may reduce, but does not guarantee prevention of, direct network requests. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, private pages, forms, security checks, or other requested functions from working. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
