Print-ready workflow

Make both sides, check them, then hand off the right files.

Choose a template, add your business details and QR destination, and export without uploading card data to a server.

How to make a print-ready business card

  1. 1. Set the card size

Choose a US, EU, Korean, Japanese, or custom trim size and the correct orientation.

  2. 2. Build both sides

Edit the identity, contact order, colors, logo or portrait, and front/back layout.

  3. 3. Check the QR and safe area

Run preflight to decode the QR locally and review text, image quality, contrast, bleed, and crop settings.

  4. 4. Export for the printer

Use the Print PDF set first. It includes a two-page PDF plus separate front and back PDFs; SVG, PNG, and JPG are also available.

Business card file FAQ

Are vector files included?

Yes. Print PDFs and SVG files convert text to Korean-capable vector outlines, while QR modules and design geometry stay vector. Uploaded photos and bitmap logos remain raster.

What should I send to a print shop?

Start with the Print PDF set and send either the two-page file or the separate front and back PDFs. Confirm the shop's bleed, crop mark, PDF standard, paper, finish, and CMYK requirements before ordering.

Do my card details or images leave this device?

No. Editing, QR generation, preflight, and file creation run in your browser. The optional RealLink AI creation flow opens separately and does not receive this card project.

Can I edit the card later?

Yes. Save the project JSON and open it in this studio later. Keep the JSON for editing and use PDF or SVG for printing.
